What are monthly credits, and what uses them?

Credits meter the AI-powered features on your plan. On Free, each PDF download or online worksheet submission uses 1 of your 10 monthly credits. On Pro, downloads in your subject are unlimited and your 25 credits cover Homework Scanner scans and each quiz or practice worksheet you generate. On Elite (50) and Family (100, shared across all child profiles), downloads and generation are unlimited and credits are only used by the Homework Scanner. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and don't roll over.

We don't offer partial refunds for unused time, but refund requests for service issues are reviewed case-by-case. Yes — on the Elite and Family plans, reaching a tree-growth milestone (3 months or 6 months of consistent progress) unlocks a real e-gift card from platforms like Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Google Play, Steam, Apple, Disney+, Amazon, or Fnac. You can request one from the "Rewards and Gifts" card on the Kids Dashboard; our team reviews and fulfills each request, and pricing/availability depends on your region.

Yes — reaching a personal best, a top-3 rank, or a #1 spot earns a collectible badge that stays in your child's profile permanently. Kids can also pick an earned badge as an "active title" shown next to their name.

Go to your Account page (/account) and select the Profile tab. You can update the child's name, grade, difficult subjects, and avatar at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Multiple child profiles are available on the Family plan. Each profile has its own grade settings, progress tracking, points, and streaks. You manage all profiles from the same parent account.

You can request account deletion from the Account page (/account) under Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, progress, and subscription. This action cannot be undone.

I forgot my parent PIN — how do I reset it?

The 4-digit parent PIN protects the Parent Dashboard. If you've forgotten it, request a reset and we'll email you a single-use link that lets you choose a new PIN at /reset-parent-pin. The link works once and expires, so request a fresh one if it's been sitting in your inbox.

Yes. We built WorksheetPal with children's privacy in mind and follow COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements, including parental consent. How does the referral program work?

Every paying member (Pro, Elite, or Family, on an active subscription) gets a unique referral link. Share it with a friend — when they sign up through your link and subscribe to a paid plan, they get their first month free. When they pay their second invoice, you receive a reward automatically. Free, trial, and offline-plan accounts don't have an active referral link — the reward program is only available once you're a paying subscriber.
