Where Our Journey Began
WorksheetPal was born from a simple, personal mission: helping a child learn with confidence and joy. As a father, Andy wanted his son to be ready for the transition to an international school — not just emotionally, but academically. He wanted to make sure his child wouldn't have to scramble to catch up with peers on specific curriculum requirements, and that no crucial skill would be left behind before making that leap into a different academic environment.
What started as a personal project gradually grew in scope. Andy began connecting with other parents facing the same challenge, and it became clear this was a shared need. He partnered with a group of dedicated teachers who helped him build a structured content database — one that could genuinely serve the families he kept meeting who were eager to use something like this. That collaboration is what shaped WorksheetPal into what it is today.

Our Goal
Our goal is more focused than our vision. WorksheetPal is built for students who need to strengthen a specific skill within one of four crucial pillars: geography, mathematics, the English language, and science — from Grade 1 through Grade 6.
These pillars matter deeply to two groups of families: those who homeschool and need structured, subject-targeted practice, and those preparing their children for an international curriculum. When a child needs to become familiar with international academic standards, jumping straight into an international school can feel overwhelming. WorksheetPal helps build that bridge — gently, at the right pace, within the subjects that matter most.
It's important to us that this is understood the right way: WorksheetPal is not meant to replace traditional school methods or the role of a classroom teacher. We see ourselves as an essential auxiliary tool — one that follows established curriculum standards and supports the learning that already happens at school, rather than competing with it.
Supporting A2 Key (KET) Preparation
KET is the former name of Cambridge English's A2 Key exam, and the name is still widely used by schools and parents. This beginner-to-elementary qualification shows that a learner can understand and use basic everyday English in short conversations, simple texts, signs and messages.
The exam is available as A2 Key, which uses general and adult-oriented topics, and A2 Key for Schools, which uses school-life topics. Both assess the same language level and lead to the same certificate, which does not expire.
WorksheetPal's English worksheets, vocabulary activities, listening support and interactive practice can help learners build the foundational skills associated with the desired A2 Key outcomes.
WorksheetPal is a preparation aid: it supports structured practice but is not an official Cambridge English product, exam provider or guarantee of a particular result.

We also review patterns in the worksheets and topics users request or generate. When those requests reveal missing or insufficient coverage, we can develop the content further and put it through the same audit pipeline.
